WHAT WILL I DO AT THE "Training Center"? 
REHAB AND TRAIN AND GET BACK TO THE PLAYING FIELD "SOONER AND BETTER" 

WHAT TYPE OF REHAB DO YOU UTILIZE?
TOTAL BODY REHAB INCLUDING STRENGTH, PLYOS, SPEED/AGILITY, METABOLICS, AND BALANCE/DYNAMIC ALIGNMENT WHILE TRAINING FOR YOUR SPORT.

WHAT IS ENHANCED BODY WEIGHT TRAINING?
STRENGTH TRAINING WITH GRAVITY AND YOUR BODY MASS AS RESISTANCE. CONTROLLING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT IS ESSENTIAL TO ATHLETIC SUCCESS. THE "ENHANCED" REFERS TO THE USE OF SUSPENSION STRAPS, ELASTIC BANDS, STRONG BANDS, CLIMBING BARS AND ROPES, MEDICINE BALLS, SLEDS, TIRES, BOXES, HURDLES, WEIGHTED VESTS, PROPRIOCEPTION/KINESTHETIC DEVICES AND MORE FOR ADDITIONAL RESISTANCE AND ASSISTANCE.

WHILE YOU REHAB WE WILL INCORPORATE SPORTS SKILL ACTIVITIES LIKE THROWING, CATCHING, HITTING, SHOOTING, AND MORE...

WE WILL VIDEO YOUR SPECIFIC SPORT MOVEMENT PATTERN IN SUPER SLOW MOTION, SO CORRECTIONS CAN BE MADE WHILE YOU WATCH LIVE.
IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK... IMMEDIATE RESULT.
AS IMPORTANT, WE ANALYZE YOUR MOVEMENTS DURING YOUR REHAB AND TRAINING TO ENSURE PROPER TECHNIQUE AND AVOID FAULTY PATTERNING. POOR FORM IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME! AS A STUDENT ATHLETE, TIME MANAGEMENT IS ONE OF THE KEYS TO YOUR SUCCESS.
